No need to worry girls, things are starting to look much brighter! Earlier reports were looking bad in terms of TVXQ and SM Entertainment's relationship, however SM Entertainment has official released their statements and where they stand.

SM Entertainment stated, "TVXQ is a band that represents Asia, they must absolutely continue actitivies. The cosmetics company issue, will be resolved."

The lawsuit is not about disbandment. Repeat, not disbandment. None of the members have asked to be broken of their contract from SM. This concerns their independent ventures into cosmetic companies and rights within SM concerning outside profits. This is also the reason why the only members entering the lawsuit are Junsu, Yoochun, and Jaejoong because they are the only ones who took part in the independent cosmetics venture.
